RAMS is an integrated name for Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, and Safety that is required by railway project RFPs, meaning the long-term operation of a system.

Maintainability
Assuming that external resources are provided when a fault or fault occurs in system/subsystem/device MTTR, it is expressed in terms of MTTR, with the temporal ability to repair the system / subsystem / device and restore it to its original state.

Availability
A measure of the reliability of a system integrating reliability and maintainability in the assumption that the necessary external resources (environment, time) are guaranteed.
