Policy of Personal information process

"Company SR" (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") has established the following privacy policy to protect and ensure the privacy and rights of 
users in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act and to handle user complaints related to personal information smoothly. 
Your information is not only a valuable asset but also an important data for the operation of the Company. Therefore, the Company promises to make every effort to protect your personal information in all operational processes. The Company will notify users of any changes to the privacy policy through the website.

Chapter 1. Procedure for Obtaining Consent for Personal Information Collection The Company provides a procedure where users can click the "Agree" or "Disagree" button regarding the contents of the privacy policy or terms of use on the website. Clicking the "Agree" button is considered as consent to the collection of personal information.

Chapter 2. Collection and Purpose of Use of Personal Information The Company utilizes personal information for the following purposes. The processed personal information will not be used for purposes other than the following, and if the purpose of use is changed, prior consent will be obtained.
a. Name, username, password: Confirmation of membership registration, prevention of service misuse, frequency of access, verification process for member-only services. b. Email address, phone number (confirmation of consent to receive): Delivery of notifications, verification of intent, smooth communication channels for complaints, provision of event and promotional information, opportunities for participation, frequency of access, and statistics on member service usage. c. Address, phone number: Accurate collection of delivery address for prizes and goods.

Chapter 3. Transmission of Advertising Information a. The Company will not send commercial advertisements without explicit refusal of consent from the user. b. The Company will provide information on changes in terms and conditions, other changes related to service usage, new services/products or event information, and other product information through methods such as email, mobile phone text messages, and other universal transmission media. In this case, relevant legal requirements and notification methods will be followed. c. When sending advertising information via email or other means for online marketing, the Company will ensure that the user can easily recognize it through the subject line and content of the email.

Chapter 4. Scope of Personal Information Collection Users can freely access most of the content without a separate membership registration process. If you wish to use member-only services, you must provide the following information: a. Personal information collection items: Name, email, date of birth, username, password, gender, address, phone number (landline/mobile), consent to receive emails, consent to receive SMS, service usage records, access logs, recipient information (name, phone number, address, email). b. Personal information collection method: Membership registration on the website and bulletin boards, etc.

Chapter 5. Retention and Use Period of Personal Information After the purpose of collecting and using personal information is achieved, the Company will promptly destroy the relevant information. However, for the following information, it will be retained for the specified period for the reasons stated below:
Retained items: Name, login ID, password, email, date of birth.
Basis for retention: Prevention of reoccurrence of unauthorized use by fraudulent members.
Retention period: 1 month.
In addition, if there is a need to retain member information due to the provisions of relevant laws and regulations, the Company will store the member information for a certain period of time as specified by the relevant laws and regulations. Records related to consumer complaints or dispute resolution: 3 years (Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, Etc.)

Denying Unauthorized Collection of e-mails

제53조제4항을 위반하여 등록사항의 변경등록 또는 사업의 양도ㆍ양수 또는 합병ㆍ상속의 신고를 하지 아니한 자
